Bright Growth is adding to its creative bench
Thrilled to welcome Tucker Lebsack to the Bright Growth Network.
How do we know each other?
Alex and I first met at Tray.ai, where he was the CMO and I was a brand designer. We worked closely together across product launches, campaigns, and the evolution of the company's brand during a period of rapid growth. It's where we built a strong working relationship and discovered a shared appreciation for thoughtful storytelling, great design, and building brands that scale.
What’s your experience and track record?
I've spent my career helping technology companies build brands that earn trust and create lasting impact. My background spans brand identity, creative direction, product marketing, web design, and visual storytelling, and I partner with founders, marketing teams, and executives to bring ideas to life.
From early-stage startups defining who they are to established companies evolving their brand, I enjoy translating complex business strategies into clear, compelling creative that helps companies grow.
What is your sweet spot?
My sweet spot is partnering with founders, startups, and established brands that are entering a new chapter of growth.
Whether it's launching a new company, refreshing an existing brand, or bringing greater consistency across marketing, product, and digital experiences, I help organizations build brands that feel authentic, differentiated, and scalable.
I believe great design is more than aesthetics; it's a business tool. The best brands tell a clear story, create trust, and give people something to believe in. That's the work I love doing: helping companies uncover what makes them unique and expressing it through thoughtful, strategic design.
What’s a little-known fact about you?
Outside of design, I'm a winemaker. I'm currently working on my fourth vintage, and it's become one of my favorite creative pursuits. Winemaking has taught me many of the same lessons I apply to branding—patience, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the understanding that the best things take time to develop.
